Sori : 2.2 cm or 0.86 inches.

Width at the hamachi : 3.52 cm or 13.19 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.86 cm or 1.12 inches.
Kasane : 0.8 cm or 0.31 inches.
Era : modern times(1991).
Shape : Wide and thick blade with large Sori. There are Bo-Hi on both side.
Jigane : Ko-Itame Hada well grained with Jinie attach.
Hamon : Nie Deki, Gunome Midare with many Ashi and Yo. The Ha is bright.
Special feature : Takehana Shigehisa is a sword smith of Saitama prefecture.
His real name is Takehana Hisashi.
He was born on the13th February, 1951.
In 1972, he learned under Sakai Ikkansai Shigemasa.
He got a lot of prizes at the sword-making competition.
He is good at So-den Bizen in particular.
This blade reminds of a copy of Nagayoshi(Nanbokucho period) or Kunihiro.
This blade is healthy and masterpiese.
