Wakizashi in Koshirae(NBTHK Hozon Paper)

Signature : Mumei (Fuyuhiro)

This sword belongs to regular Saku ranking.
The blade was polished.
Habaki : silver and copper double Habaki.
Blade length : 51.7 cm or 20.35 inches.
Sori : 1.4 cm or 0.55 inches.
Mekugi : 2 
Width at the hamachi : 2.60 cm or 1.02 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 1.98 cm or 0.77 inches.
Kasane : 0.64 cm or 0.25 inches.
Era : Edo period, around Kanbun era.
Shape : Suriage Mumei regular size Wakizashi.
Jigane : Itame Hada well grained and Masa Nagare with Jinie attach.
Hamon : Nie Deki, Suguha base with Gunome Midare.
There are Ashi and Yo. In Ha, there are Sunagashi and Kinsuji.
Boshi is round shape.

Special feature: The group of Fuyuhiro started from middle or late Muromachi period to Edo period.
Mainly, They scucceed Wakasa province. And disciples moved to other local.
This blade was made around Edo perid.

Koshirae :
Saya : Black Inro Kizami Saya.
Tsuba : Round shape iron Tsuba, landscape is engraved.
Menuki : Shakudo, person is engraved.
