The blade was polished
Habaki : Gold Single foiled habaki
Blade length : 56 cm or 22.04 inches.
Sori : 0.6 cm or 0.23 inches.
Mekugi : 2
Width at the hamachi : 3.1 cm or 1.22 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.1 cm or 0.83 inches.
Kasane : 0.76 cm or 0.3 inches.
Era : Edo period Kanbun era.
Shape : It is wide and thick shape katana with slight sori. It is Kanbun shinto.
Jitetsu : Itame hada well grained with jinie attached. It is well grained jigane.
Hamon : NIe base suguha. There are gunome midare toward the kissaki.
There are deep nioiguchi. Many activities in the ha such as sunagashi and kinsuji. Boushi is round ended.

Special feature : Kanesada the 1st was a swordsmith at Settsu province, in about Kanbun era(about 1661).
He was called Yamada Heidayu, and he was a student of Igano kami Kanemichi.
His blades' has very tight Ko-itame, and his hamon is Doranba up and down.
And some his blades looks like Sukehiro's blades during his youth.
