The blade was polished.
Habaki : Shakudo single habaki.
Blade length : 70.3 cm or 27.67 inches.
Sori : 2.1 cm or 0.82 inches.
Mekugi:1
Width at the hamachi : 3.13 cm or 1.23 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.18 cm or 0.85 inches.
Kasane : 0.74 cm or 0.29 inches.
Era : Late Muromachi period Tensho era.
Shape : The blade is nice deep sori.
Jitetsu : Itame hada and mokume hada mixed with jinie attach masanagare.
On the Ji, utsuri appear.
Hamon : Niedeki gunome midare and choji midare hamon mixed.

Special feature : At late Muromachi period, a lot of japanese swords were made at Bizen and Mino province.
These swords were selected as Chumon uchi, regular requested sword and Mass productive items.
This sword is belonged to mass productive item but the blade has passers more than 440 years.
Generally mass productive items is suguha hamon but the sword is midare gunome hamon.
The sword has left the style of Tensho era which is elegant shape.

Koshirae : Nice good condition Koshirae.
Tsuba : On the unusual iron Tsuba, some design is engraved open work.
Fuchikashira :On the shyakudo nanako plate, some leaves are engraved with gold color.
Saya : Brown red color kizami saya.
Menuki : Solid gold a shish dog. the item was made at Edo period.
