Special feature: Shakudo nanakoji plate Hotei, god of fortune, iand Chinese children design is engraved and inlayed with gold. The design of Hotei and Chinese children was popular during Muromachi period to Edo Period. The children and Hotei design was used as prayer for safe childbirth as the Big Hotei stomach and children implicate pregnancy. This work is nice condition and fine piece of work.
