Tanto in Koshirae.

Signature : Morifusa

The blade was polished.
Habaki : Silver single habaki.
Blade length : 27.87 cm or 10.97 inches.
Sori : 0.33 cm or 0.12 inches.
Mekugi : 2
Width at the hamachi : 2.34 cm or 0.92 inches.
Kasane : 0.83 cm or 0.32 inches.
Era : Late Muromachi period.period.
Shape : The blade is longer and very thick Tanto like Yoroido-shi style.
Jitetsu : Koitame had well grained with jinie attach.
Hamon : Niedeki suguha with kasha and some part thick nioikuchi.
In hamon, sunagashi and small kinsuji work.
Boshi is togari hamon and turns back sharply.

Special feature : Morihusa was working at the end of Muromachi period. This Tanto is very thick.
On the mine, some shine happen but not serious.

Koshirae : Aikuchi koshirae
Fuchikashira : Horn.
Saya : Tiny ishimeji brown red color.
Menuki : Family crest is engraved by syakudo plate.
