Special feature:On 12 curved rim iron tsuba, leaf design and lattice design is engraved in open work. The nice iron texture and the fine and unique design is something that will also be accepted in the world today.
The first generation NIshigaki has calledYoshihiro. He was born in Keicho 18th year (1613) at Buzenkoku Nakazu. He studied under Hirata HIkozo and belonged exclusively to Hosokawa family. At Kanei 9th year, following his order of the family, he moved to Yatsushiro, Higo and worked for Nishigaki family. He is a famous Higo tsuba maker.
