Tsuchiya Masachika was born first son of the Kunichika at Hitachi province.
He studied under his father, Hagiya Katsuhira and Toryusai Kiyotoshi. He start business at Edo.
He succeeded to Yasuchika's post.
He became the 6th generation Yasuchika. He passed away in 1861.
