The blade was polished.
Blade length : 51.21cm or 20.16inches.
Sori : 1.32cm or 0.52inches.
Mekugi : 3
Width at the hamachi : 3.39cm or 1.33inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.72cm or 1.07inches.
Kasane : 0.6cm or 0.23inches.
Era : Late Muromachi period.
Shape : It is wide 3.39cm and thick O-kissaki sword.
Jitetsu : Ko-Itame hada well grained with jinie attached, It is clear jigane.
Hamon : Nie structure deep nioiguchi with mixture of gunome midare.
There is sunagashi and kinsuji works. Boshi is midarekomi and sharp end.

Special feature : This piece is mumei sword but it is attributed as the
skillful Shimada Hirosuke. At first glance it is shape of Nanbokucho period sword.
The first generation was active at Eisho period and the second generation is made in Tensho period.
This piece has deep Nioiguchi and is magnificent looking sword. Kinsuji is active and it is excellent piece.
