Wakizashi : There is a signature Orikaeshi mei Seki Zenjyo Kaneyoshi

Signature : There is a signature Orikaeshi mei Seki Zenjyo Kaneyoshi

The blade was polished.
Blade length : 34.1 cm or 13.42 inches.
Sori : 0.8 cm or 0.31 inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the hamachi : 2.32 cm or 0.91 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 1.83 cm or 0.72 inches.
Kasane : 0.50 cm or 0.2 inches.
Era : Mid Muromachi period.
Shape : It is Orikaeshi mei and it is rather thin shape, The kasane is regular size.
The shinogiji is broad and nice shape wakizashi.
Jitetsu : Itame hada well grained with clear hada. Jinie is attached.
Hamon : Nioi structure, kogunome midare with choji midare. Boushi is round end.

Special feature : Zenjyo Kanesada is a son of Naoeshizu Kanetsugu.
He is also said to be the son of Yamato Kamiyoshi.
His skills were derived to the 4th and 5th generation.
This sword is Orikaeshimei however, it is written Seki Zenjyo Kaneyoshi which is categorized as later generation work during Daiei period(1521-1527).

Koshirae :
Tsuba : Round shape iron tsuba with a design that reminds of a cloud. There is design engraved.
Fuchikashira : Fuchi is shakudo nanakoji plate with flower design engraved. The kashira is hown.
Saya : Black color saya with swirl pattern drawn.
Menuki : Flower design engraved and inlayed with gold(It could be solid gold.)
