The blade was polished.
Habaki :Gold double foiled habaki
Blade length : 54.2cm or 21.33 inches.
Sori : 1.6 cm or 0.62 inches.
Mekugi :  4
Width at the hamachi : 2.7 cm or 1.06 inches.
Width at the kissaki : 1.76 cm or 0.69 inches.
Kasane : 0.66 cm or 0.25 inches.
Era : Muromachi period Eisho
Shape : O-Suriage(cut shortened) with signature "Bishu" engraved
but it is cut below that point onward(Ikakire).
It is regular width and thickness and nice shape.
Hamon: Nie deki with tight suguha. Boshi is in midarekomi style.

Special feature :This work is suriage but has the signature Bishu engraved.
It is regular width and thickness nice shape wakizashi.
The jigane is good with clearutsuri work appearing.
The tight hamon and high quality hamon is Tadamitsu work.

Koshirae:
Tsuba: Square shape iron tsuba with men, mountain and water engraved and inlaid with gold.
Fuchikashira: Iron plate with pattern engraved and inlaid with gold.
Saya:Black roiro saya
Menuki: Shakudo plate with men playing wind instrument engraved.
