Special feature : On the iron Jutte. Jutte is a specialized weapon.
It was used by law enforcement officers (called Okappiki or Doshin) during Edo period Japan.
The yarn is wound around the Tsuka of jutte.
And the sharkskin is wound around the Tsuka of baton.
