Signature: Gassan Ayasugi Den Izu Ju Sadayoshi Ryugi Gassaku kore.
Heise11 Nen Natsu kisshoubi.

The blade was polished by good polisher.
Habaki: gold foiled double habaki.
Blade length : 76.5 cm or 30.11 inches.
Sori : 2.5 cm or 0.98 inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the hamachi : 3.26 cm or 1.28 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.46 cm or 0.96 inches.
Kasane : 0.74 cm or 0.29 inches.
Era : Gendai (modern times) period.
Shape : The blade is wide and thick long
with suitable sori nice looking shape.
Jitetsu :Ayasugi had well grained with jinie attach and chikei work.
Hamon : Niedeki suguha with ash, Yo work.
Boshi is round shape with active hamon.

Special feature : The real name of the Sadayosi was called Enomoto Sadaichi who was born at Tokushima prefecture Meiji 41st year. He moved to oosaka and worked at the iron factory and then he worked as a student of the Gassan Sadakatsu.
He was very skillful swordsmith and mastered Sosyu den, Mino den, Bizen den and also Ayasugi den as Gassan's top secret sword technique. At Syowa 18th, he departed from his master and moved to Mishima for making sword factory.
After the war end, he became a Mukansa swordsmith which is the top ranking swordsmith in Japan. He passed away Heise 12th year.
This Ayasugi hada was a top secret for Gassan school.
He studied Ayasugi jigane and master perfectly.
This blade has small kizu on the ura-side monouchi area along with jigane but not serious. This sword is Gassaku with his son Ryugi and previous year of his father's death.
It is very precious Ayasugi jigane and Gassaku sword.
