Sori : 0.9cm or 0.35inches.

Width at the hamachi : 2.85cm or 1.12 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 1.69cm or 0.67 inches.
Kasane : 0.63 cm or 0.25 inches.
Era : Early Edo period. Kan-ei era.
Shape : The width is rather long with firm kasane. It is nice shape katana.
Jitetsu : Koitame hada well grained with jinie attached.
Hamon : Konie based with gonome mirdare.
Special feature : Shizumasa is a successful smith at Iga city. There
are similar type smith such as Shizutada and Shizuhiro.
Tsuba : Shakudou based tsuba with design of a warrior engraved with gold inlay.
Fuchikashira : Shakudou based with dragon design engraved.
Saya : Kizami saya with different color say
Menuki : shakudou based with Goddess engraved with gold inlay.
