Habaki: Gold single foiled habaki
The blade was polished.
Blade length : 75.15cm or 29.59inches.
Sori : 1.5cm or 0.59inches.
Mekugi : 2
Width at the hamachi : 3.11cm or 1.23inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.36cm or 0.93inches.
Kasane : 0.64cm or 0.25inches.
Era : Early Edo period.
Shape : It is wide and thick katana which has wide sakihaba as well. It is called Keicho shinto katana.
Jitetsu : Koitame hada well grained with jinie attached There is chikei works seen. It is highest quality jigane.
Hamon : Nie structure suguha stle with mixture of notareba. There are soft ashi, soft nioiguchi. It is elegant style ha. Boushi is notare style round ended.
