This Mumei Nagamori belongs to Saijyo(top) saku ranking.
The blade was polished by high ranking polshier.
habaki: gold foiled single habaki.
Blade length : 69.3 cm or 27.28 inches.
Sori : 1.5 cm or 0.59 inches.
Mekugi : 3
Width at the hamachi : 3.03 cm or 1.19 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.71 cm or 1.06 inches.
Kasane : 0.66 cm or inches.
Era : Nanbokucyo period Enbun era.
Shape : Oosuriage mumei nagamaki nawoshi gorgeous style.
Jitetsu : Itame hada well grained with jinie attach and chikei work and also Utsuri appear.
Hamon : Notare and gunome midare with thick nioikuchi yubashiri appear.
In Hamon, Sunagashi, small kinsuji work.
Boshi is Midarekomi style and turns back yakizume style.
Special feature : Nagamori was a student of the Cyogi but his subjects are not so much.
Probably he helped his great master Cyogi a lot.
The Jigane and Hamon are almost as same as his master Cyogi.
This sword is gorgeous wild feeling active Nakamaki-naoshi sword.
