Hamon : Nie base suguha with noter and gunome midair mix. There are active sunagashi and kinsuji work.

Special feature : The origin of Uda school is Konyuudou Kunimitsu. Swordsmiths such as Kunifusa, Kunimune, Kunitsugu sword smiths has been successful during this era. Especially From Kamakura period to Nanbokucho period, the school is called "Kouda".
Originally, this Uda school is originally from Yamatokoku Udagun, therefore many have the characteristic of Soshuden jigane with many
activities in the ha such as kinsuji and sunagashi. The gorgeous Matsuhi hada(literary translated "Pine skin had") of Norishige is especially enchanting.
This piece is attributed as Naoeshizu in the past but currently judged as Kouda. There are especially some mix of mokume with jinie and chikei attached. The jigane is dark color with deep nioi suguha base konie is very nice. The sunagashi and kinsuji work of this piece is excellent too.
It is regretted that there are some small flaws on the boushi area but it is not serious. The condition is fine with clear jigane. We recommend this sword.
