Katana in Koshirae.(Guarantee: NBTHK Hozon paper)

Signature : Mumei(unsigned) attributed as Sue Tegai school.

The blade was polished.
Habaki :gold foiled single habaki.
Blade length : 61.2cm or 24.1 inches.
Sori : 1.3 cm or 0.512 inches.

Width at the hamachi :2.83cm or 1.115 inches.
Width at the Kissaki :1.94cm or 0.764 inches.
Kasane :0.79 cm or 0.311inches.
Era : Late Muromachi period.
Shape The blade is suruage Machiokkuri cut shortened sword.
The blade is rather short sword with regular width abd thickness.
Jigane :Itame hada well grained with jinie attach and masame nagare
visible to see the texture.
Hamon:Niedeki suguha tight. Boshi is hakikake style. niedeki suguha tight.
Boshi is hakikake style.

Special feature :The blade is high Shinogi zukuri and visible to see the texture
So the blade looks sue tegai school.

Koshirae: Higo style Koshirae.
Tsuba:On the mokko style iron Tsuba, clouds are engraved like Nobuie. late Muromachi.
Saya:red color Kizami saya.
Kojiri:Syakudo plate. late edo period.
Menuki:a crab is engraved by brass plate. late Edo period.
Fuchikashira:On the iron plate, flower designe is painted by silver plate. middle Edo period.
