Signature: Yamato koku ju Yoshimitsu

The blade was polished.
Blade length : 27.27 cm or 10.73 inches.
Sori : 0 cm or 0 inches.
Mekugi: 1
Width at the hamachi : 2.43 cm or 0.95 inches.
Kasane : 0.86 cm or 0.33 inches.
Era : Kamakura period.
Shape : The blade is wide and thick (0.86cm) and also healthy blade.
It looks like Yoroi-doshi. On both sides, there is Bo-hi.
Jitetsu : Koitame hada well grained with jinie attach. There is Utsuri. beautiful texture.
Hamon : Koniedeki. Ko-Gunome Midare, deep Nioi-kuchi. In Ha, there are Kinsuji works.

Special feature : Yoshimitsu is swordsmith in Kamakura period.
In Ha, there is deep Nie and Kinsuji. This is marvelous blade.
There are remarkably few blade which is signature. This is precious blade.
We can see the Yasurime very well. The condition is good.

Aikuchi Koshirae :
Fuchikashira : On the shakudo nanako plate, family crest is engraved.
Saya : Kizami saya
Mekugi : family crest
Kozuka: Wood and Shakudo nanako with family crest.
Kogatana: Signature: ? Syouken saku.
