The blade was polished.
Habaki : Copper plate single habaki.
Blade length : 46.9 cm or 18.46 inches.
Sori : 1.1 cm or 0.43 inches.
Mekugi : 2
Width at the hamachi : 2.95 cm or 1.16 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.13 cm or 0.84 inches.
Kasane : 0.49 cm or 0.19 inches.
Weight of only blade : 340 gram.
Era : Edo period Genroku era.
Shape : The blade is regular size with sori and engraved bo-hi on both sides of the blade.
Jitetsu : Koitame hada well grained with jinie attach.
Hamon : Niedeki gunome midair up and down.

Special feature : Awataguchi Oumi Kami Tadatsuna was working at Rakuyo Himeji province.
First generation Tadatsuna was working at Kanei era and 2nd generation Tadatsuna was a son of his master.
The signature is very close to the genuine signature. but there are
some questionable part even thou NBTHK Token museum issued NBTHK's paper.
Therefor we sell the sword without guarantee the signature.

Koshirae :
Tsuba : On the round shape iron Tsuba, the rim is covered by silver rope style.The Tsuba is Mogarashi Soten style.
Fuchikashira : On the fine syakudo plain plate, a turtle and a catfish are engraved with gold color.
Saya : On the blue shell powder saya black belt are painted.
Menuki : A kabuki is engraved with gold color.
