'The blade was forged by Bicchu Mizuta Ju Oomatataro Tachibana Kunishige at Enpo era (1673~1681) only very few blades are left.
The length is 23.5 inches. Lucky day of mid Autumn.

This sword belongs to Jojo saku ranking.
The blade is polished by good polisher.
Habaki : Single silver Habaki.
Blade length : 59.69 cm or 23.5 inches.
Sori : 1.2 cm or 0.47 inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the hamachi : 3.06 cm or 1.20 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.18 cm or 0.86 inches.
Kasane : 0.59 cm or 0.23 inches.
Era : Edo period Enpo era. (AD1673~1681)
Shape : Very long as Wakizashi, nearly Katana length. Wide and thick, balanced curve with long Kissaki.
Jigane : Itame-hada well grained with Jinie attached nice texture.
Hamon : Niedeki Gunome-midare with Aranie attached on the Ji, Boshi is round shape Yakisage style. Sunagashi and Kinsuji work active wild feeling texture on Hamon.
Special feature: Mizuta Ju Oomatataro Tachibana Kunishige was working at Enpo era as Mizuta school but not so many blades forged by him are remaning.
Jigane is quite well grained and Hamon is wild feeling wide Gunome midare with aranie scatter. It is precious sword because of the Zokumyo signature engraved.
Saya : Raden shell Kawarinuri style saya.
Tsuba : Oval iron Tsuba.
Menuki : Tiger is engeaved on copper plate with gold color.
Fuchikashira : Dragonfly is engraved with gold color on iron plate.
