The blade was polished.
Blade length : 52.8 cm or 20.8 inches.
Sori : 1.4 cm or 0.55 inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the hamachi : 2.74 cm or 1.07 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 1.79 cm or 0.7 inches.
Kasane : 0.64 cm or 0.25 inches.
Era : period.
Shape : It is side and thick O-Kissaki work.
Jitetsu :Itame hada well grained with clear hada.
Hamon : Nie Deki suguha and double Ha.
In Ha, there are Ko-Ashi and Yo. Boshi is Notare round shape.

Special feature : From the work, this blade was made around late Muromachi period. We guess that blade is Sue-Mihara or Kai-Mihara.
If remove the signature, the blade pass the NBTHK Hozon.

Koshirae :
Tsuba : Round shape iron tsuba. The jigane is nice conditon. It is Owari style tsuba.
Fuchikashira : Fuchi: Shakudo nanakoji plate with family crest design engraved.
Kashira: Copper plate with flower design engraved.
Saya : Black Roiro Saya.
Menuki : Shakudo plate with plant design engraved and inlaid with gold.
