The blade was polished by high ranking polisher.
Blade length : 57.5 cm or 22.63 inches.
Sori : 1.2 cm or 0.47 inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the hamachi : 3.09 cm or 1.21 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 1.98 cm or 0.77 inches.
Kasane : 0.64 cm or 0.25 inches.
Era : Edo Kanbun period.
Shape : The blade is wide and thick long wakizashi.
Jitetsu :Itame had well grained with jinie attach with chikei work.
Hamon : Nideki shuguha with thick nioikuchi with soft ash scatter and sinagashi, kinsuji.

Special feature : Omi no Kami Hojoji Tachibana Masahiro was born at Tajima province
called Takigawa Sandayu and moved to Edo and taught his technique
to his students and became the master of the Houjyouji school.
Generally He made middle suguha with thick nioikuchi ash and sunagashi and also kinsuji. The blade is healthy and nice work.
