6 character and Ouei 32 year(1425).
This blade is typical his works. Yuhin. the blade length is 39.4cm.

Chu Koto: Jyo saku: Owazamono: Bizen province.
(We divide 4 sections for each sword as Saijyo saku, Jyojyo saku
Jyo saku and regular saku)
This Bishu Osafune Yasumitsu belongs to Jyojyo saku ranking.
The blade was polished.
Blade length : 39.4 cm or 15.51 inches.
Sori : 0.3 cm or 0.11 inches.
Mekugi : 2
Width at the hamachi : 2.36 cm or 0.92 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.15 cm or 0.84 inches.
Kasane : 0.58 cm or 0.22 inches.
Era : Mromachi period around Ouei era (1425).
Shape : Regular size with small Sori, Hirauchi Wakizashi.
Jitetsu : Ko-Itame Hada well grained with Jinie attach.
The Jigane is clear. There are Utsuri.
Hamon : Nie Deki and also Nioi Deki, Choji Midare Hamon with many Ashi.
Boshi is Midarekomi style.

Special feature : Yasumitsu was famous swordsmith in early Muromachi
Bizen school, as well as Morimitsu.
He made many midareba blade, Morimitsu made many Suguha style blade.
This blade has Midareba, and on the surface, this blade looks like a Morimitsu.
Hamon is very really nice, we strongly recommended this blade.
