The blade was polished.
Habaki: Gold single foiled habaki
Blade length : 75.1cm or 29.58inches.
Sori : 2.1cm or 0.83 inches.
Mekugi: 1
Width at the hamachi : 3.18cm or 1.25 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.34cm or 0.92inches.
Kasane : 0.72cm or 0.28 inches.
Shape : It is wide and thick with deep sori will long kissaki. Magnificent shape katana.
Jitetsu :Koitame hada well grained with jinie attached.
Hamon : Konie base suguha with kogonome mix with koashi, yo, sunagashi, kinsuji with boushi
mixed. The tip is round ended.

Special feature : The founder of the Sukesada started from early Muromachi to late Muromachi period and also Edo period which is very popular sword school.
There are 3 sections Sukesada which are devised Zokumyo sukesada, good sukesada and mass productive sukesada.Zokumyo Sukesada was made for the top ranking samurai or Daimyo.
It is regretted that there are some kitaeware at the sashiura part. Despite this fact,
it is long and stout katana with good quality jitetsu and hamon.
