The blade was polished.
Habaki: Gold single foiled habaki
Blade length : 73cm or 28.99 inches.
Sori : 1.9cm or 0.75 inches.
Mekugi: 1
Width at the hamachi : 2.97cm or 0.17inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.13cm or 0.84inches.
Kasane : 0.69cm or 0.27inches.
Era : Edo Enpo period
Shape : This blade is regular sized Katana with rather long Kissaki and Sori. There are bouhi on both sides.
Jitetsu :Koitame hada well grained with jinie attached. The jigane is clear and beautiful. The boshi is rather long. From the
habaki sashiuraside to Hamachi area, the jigane becomes kawari tetsu with some Ohada seen.
Hamon : NIe base, suguha with ha well seen, Boushi round end.

Special feature : This piece has the men of Echizen no kami Minamoto Nobuyoshi. Echizen kami MInamoto Nobuyoshi is a swordsmith
from the Enpo period. He is the third son of first generation Nobuyoshi. It is wazamono blade. It is regretted that there are some sumihada
style unique tetsu and some ohada seen. This blade has the signature of Nobuyoshi.
