The blade was polished.
Blade length : 72.2 cm or 28.42 inches.
Sori : 2 cm or 0.78 inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the hamachi : 3.31 cm or 1.30 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.36 cm or 0.92 inches.
Kasane : 0.755 cm or 0.29 inches.
Blade length : 845grams.
Era : moden times.
Shape : Nice shape and balance Katana with Sori.
Jitetsu : Itame Hada well grained.
Hamon : Nie Deki, Notare-Ha and Juzu-Ha.
Boshi is round shape.

Special feature : Mino koku Ju Fujiwara Masaaki was studied under his father(Yoshida Masao).
After his father died, he was studied under his uncle(Ono Masami).
Now he is the chairman of Seki Den Nihonto Tanren Gijutsu Hozon kai.
He used homemade iron and engraved the signature as "Naoe Kanetsugu Saku" and "Mino Koku Ju Fujiwara Masaaki".
This blade is light compared to the length and nice balance.
We recommend this sword for viewing and Iai practice.

Tsuba : Round shape iron Tsuba, with some design.
Fuchikashira : Brass with some design.
Saya : Black Ishime-Ji Saya.
Menuki : Copper, horse is engraved with gold color.
