The blade was polished.
Habaki:silver single habaki.
Blade length : 69.5 cm or 27.36 inches.
Sori : 2.0 cm or 0.78 inches.
Mekugi : 3
Width at the hamachi : 2.99 cm or 1.17 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 1.95 cm or 0.76 inches.
Kasane : 0.75 cm or 0.29 inches.
Era : Nanbokucyo period.
Shape : The blade is oosuriage mumei(cut shortened) with bo-hi is engraved on both sides of the blade.
Jitetsu : Itame had well grained with jinie attach and chikei work.
Hamon : Niedeki gunome midair with ash, sunagashi and kinsuji work.Boshi is midarekomi style.

Special feature : Sekisyu Sadatsuna continued 3rd generation.First generation Sadatsuna was a son of the Naotsuna.
Sekisyu (Shimane prefecture) produced good iron sand and used these high quality Tamahagane by using Iron sand and made swords from ancient age.
The sword was judged as Sadatsuna. There are some Kitaeware inside of the Hi but not so bad.
The Motohaba and sakihaba are almost same size.
Boshi looks his father Naotsuna.
The blade is Sosyu style active hamon.

Tsuba : On the round shaped iron Tsuba, a dragon is engraved.
Fuchikashira : On the iron plate, a dragon is engraved.
Saya : Black roar saya.
Menuki : A Dokko is engraved with gold color.
