(We divide 4 sections for each sword as Saijyo saku, Jyojyo saku
Jyo saku and regular saki)This sword belongs to Saijyo
ranking.

Jyojyo Kenma(Already polished very finely)
Habaki :Gold single foiled habaki
Blade length :  74cm or 29.13inches.
Sori : 1.8cm or 0.7inches.
Mekugi :  1
Width at the hamachi :3.29cm or 1.3inches.
Width at the kissaki :2.4cm or 0.94inches.
Kasane : 0.77cm or 0.3inches.
Era : Modern
Shape: It is 3.29cm wide and thick magnificent work. There is Bo-Hi engraved on both sides.
Jitetsu: Koitame hada with mixture of mokume hada. There is no jinie attached. It is clear jigane.
Hamon: Nie deki gunome midare with much as work appearing. Boshi is midarekomi(mixed up) turnback.

Special feature :Shodai Kawashima Tadayoshi was born in Meiji 25th during war time.
His work was highly valued winning many prizes at Japanese sword Kyokai(foundation).
There are opportunities to appreciate his splendid work made during war time.
After some blank period after war, he passed down his father's sword making skills.
He became a Mukansa sword smith led by winning several prizes of sword making competition and new masterpiece sword exhibition. There was much blank after the war.
This work is the Saijyo work of Kawashima Tadayoshi as the Mukansa sword smith.
It is magnificent yet the shape is solid and good condition.
