This sword belongs to ranking.
The blade was polished.
Habaki: wooden Habaki.
Blade length : 65.15 cm or 25.64 inches.
Sori : 1.8 cm or 0.70 inches.
Mekugi :  1
Width at the hamachi : 3.36 cm or 1.32 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.35 cm or 0.92 inches.
Kasane : 0.72 cm or 0.28 inches.
Era : Showa period, during war time.
Shape : Wide and thick Katana.
Jigane : Itame Hada well grained with Jinie attach and visible to see the texture.
Hamon : Nie Deki, Gunome Midare withh many Ashi.
Boshi is Midarekomi style.

Special feature: Yagumo Yokota Masatome succeeded during war time.
He made the sword for naval officer. Almost navy man passed away with ship. So there are only a few remaining. The Jigane is nice.
Yasukumi shrine swords and Minatogawa shrine swords are few and precious. We recommend this sword for you.
