Signature :(Tachi Mei) Hizen koku Omi kami Tadayoshi (6th generation)

(We divide 4 sections for each sword as Saijyo saku, Jyojyo saku
Jyo saku and regular saku)
This Hizen koku Omi kami Tadayoshi belongs to Jyojyo saku ranking.
The blade was polished.
Blade length : 71.5 cm or 28.14 inches.
Sori : 2.1 cm or 0.82 inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the hamachi : 3.20cm or 1.25 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.26 cm or 0.88 inches.
Kasane : 0.73 cm or 0.28 inches.
Era : Edo period, around Tenmei era(1781-1789).
Shape : Rather wide and thick blade with large Sori. There are Bo-Hi on both side.
Jitetsu :Ko-Itame Hada well grained with Jinie attach. It is beautiful Konuka Hada.
Hamon : Nie Deki, Suguha base with Notare and Ko-Ashi.
There are double Ha. Boshi is Togari gokoro round shape.

Special feature : This Hizen koku Omi kami Tadayoshi is 6th generation.
He is young brother of 5th Tadayoshi.
For generations was employed by Hizen Nabeshima Domain.
The 6th generation of Tadayoshi called Hashimoto Shinzaemon.
This blade is very healthy. We recommend this sword.

Koshirae :
Tsuba : Round shape iron Tsuba, rope pattern is engraved with open work.
Fuchikashira : Shakudo, a person rowing a ship and landscape are engraved with gold color.
Saya : Black Roiro Saya with Aogai Chirashi(blue shell) and striped pattern.
Menuki : Person is engraved with gold color.
