This Tanto Motoshige (Not guarantee) belongs to Jyo ranking.
The blade was polished.
Habaki : single copper Habaki
Blade length :  25.8 cm or 10.2 inches.
Sori : 0.0 cm or 0.0 inches.
Mekugi : 3
Width at the hamachi : 2.45 cm or 0.96 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : cm or inches.
Kasane : 0.53 cm or 0.21 inches.
Era : Around Muromachi period(Our appraisal)
Shape : The blade is rather wide and thick healthy blade.
Jigane : Mokume-hada mix to Itame-hada with Jinori attached in Jigane.
Hamon : Minori-deki Suguha with round shape Boshi.

Special feature : There are Bizen-osafune Motosige in signature but I think this blade is Sue-bizen
or Bizen of mid Muromachi period. Jigane is well grained with Jinori attached in Jigane.
Hamon is Suguha and good style. Probably falsified because of its style.

Koshirae : good conditon.
Saya : Black color Kizami Saya.
Tsuba : Elliptical shape copper Tsuba, chrysanthemun is engraved.
Menuki : Soldier's cap? is engraved with gold color.
Kozuka: Brass, Shiitake muchroom is engraved with copper color.
