Koto: Josaku ranking:Bizen province.
The blade was polished.
habaki:copper doube habaki.
Blade length : 20.8 cm or 8.18 inches.
Sori : No Sori
Mekugi : 2
Width at the hamachi : 1.79 cm or 0.70 inches.
Kasane : 0.45cm or 0.17 inches.
Era : kamakura period Tokuji era.(1306) 700 years ago.
Shape : The tanto is long nakago and rather small size.
On both sides of the blade has some engraving lile gomabashi
and the top of the Ken.
Jitetsu :Koitame had well grained with jinie attach and Utsuri appear.
Hamon : Koniedeki Suguha bright and some parts of the Hamon disappear.

Special feature : Bishuu Osafune Morishige is a son of the Moriie and father of the Motoshige.
This blade is slender but the blade has kept so long time 700 years.
The blade was polished a lot but the blade was made by Mukugitae.
So the jigane is pretty nice.
The signature and Nengo both are very clear and has kept in good condition for a long period.
I think it is very precious Tanto which was holder by some Daimyo.
