The blade was polished.
Blade length : 26.2 cm or 10.31 inches.
Sori : 0.2 cm or 0.07 inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the hamachi : 2.33 cm or 0.91 inches.
Kasane : 0.44 cm or 0.17 inches.
Era : Late Muromachi period.
Shape : Wide and thick Sunnnobi-Tanto.
Jitetsu : Ko-Itame Hada and Masa Nagare.
Hamon : Ko-Nie Deki, Suguha with Gunome Midare.
Boshi is round shape.

Special feature : Kanetsune is sword smith of Mino province.
His Jigane has an excellent reputation.
Generally, Jigane of Kanetsune well grained.
He is famous sword smith following Kanemoto(兼元), Izumi Kami Kanesada (兼定) and Kanesada(兼貞).

Tsuba: Mokko shape Shakudo Tsuba.
Fuchikashira: peony is engraved with gold color.
Saya: Black Roiro Saya.
Menuki: Shakudo, Shishi dog is engraved.
Kozuka Kogatana: Shakudo Nanako, person is engraved with gold and copper color.
