The blade was polished.
Habaki : Silver double habaki.
Blade length : 27.7 cm or 10.9 inches.
Sori : 0.4 cm or 0.15 inches.
Mekugi : 3
Width at the hamachi : 2.83 cm or 1.11 inches.
Kasane : 0.55 cm or 0.21 inches.
Era : Late Muromachi period.
Shape : The blade is rather wide regular size Tanto style.
Jitetsu : Itame had and Mokume had mixed with jinie attach.
Hamon : Niedeki kogunome and siguha some parts without hamon.there are some small kiss but not so bad.

Special feature : Motosuke was made around late Muromachi period shimada school.
Ge enrally he made by Nioideki hamon.
Syojisyamei(owner of the blade) is precious which is said Miura Gentaro.

Koshirae : Aikuchi Koshirae.

Fuchikashira : On the iron plate, bamboo leaves are engraved by silver plate.
Kurikata : On the iron plate, bamboo leaves are engraved by silver plate.
Saya : On the red brown color, tiny black spots are spread.
Menuki : Some flower is engraved by syakudo plate.
