(We divide 4 sections for each sword as Saijyo saku, Jyojyo saku Jyo saku and regular saku)
This sword belongs to Jyo saku ranking.

The blade is polished.
Habaki :copper single habaki.
Blade length :18.9 cm or 7.44 inches.
Sori : Uchizori
Mekugi : 1
Width at the Hamachi 2.7 cm or 1.06 inches.

Kasane :0.93 cm or 0.36 inches.
Era : Late Edo period.
Shape : The blade is small size Marumune style small size Tanto.
Jigane :Masame hada well grained with jinie attach, Chikei work strong feeling texture.
Hamon :Niedeki suguha notare with rather thick nioikuchi and sunagashi yo and also kinsuji work. boshi is round shape.

Special Feauture : There are some Nonaga in Settsu, Musashi, Echigo and Higo province. Considering that this sword is sosyu den style, the blade might be a student of the Jiro taro Naokatsu. but It's rather difficult to distinguish which sword belongs to.
