The blade was polished.
Blade length : 54.4 cm or 21.41 inches.
Sori : 1.3 cm or 0.51 inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the hamachi : 3.07 cm or 1.20 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.14 cm or 0.84 inches.
Kasane : 0.73 cm or 0.28 inches.
Era : Edo period. Kanbun era.
Shape : Wide and Thcik with deep Sori. On both side, there are Bohi.
Jitetsu : Ko-Itame Hada well grained with Jinie attached. This is beautiful Osaka Jigane.
Hamon : From Hamachi Suguha and then Choji Midare. There are many Ashi, Sunagashi and Kinsuji with deep Nioikuchi. Boshi is around shape.

Special feature : Kunisada the First was born in 1590 in Hyuga province, present Miyazaki pref.
He became a student of Horikawa Kunihiro at Kyoto.
Kunisada went to Osaka and trained many excellent students.
It has been an accepted opinion that he was the founder of Osaka-Shinto.
Kunisada was approved as the Izumi no Kami in 1623. He passed away in 1652. 
This blade is wide and thick with deep Sori. The Jitetu well grained, nice Jigane.
The Hamon is also beautiful.
The blade is elegant feeling nice sword without Kizu and flow. We recommended this blade.
