Signature : Chikusyu Yanagawajyu Oniduka Yoshikuni

Shinto : Jyosaku ranking:Chikugo province.
The blade was polished.
Habaki : Silver single habaki.
Blade length : 49.4 cm or 19.44 inches.
Sori : 1.0 cm or 0.39 inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the hamachi : 3.01 cm or 1.18 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.08 cm or 0.81 inches.
Kasane : 0.69 cm or 0.27 inches.
Era : Edo period Keian era.
Shape : The blade is wide and thick on the front, 2 sujihi and other side,
bohi are engraved with rather deep sori and longer kissaki nice looking shape.
Jitetsu : Itame had well grained with jinie attach nice beautiful texture.
Hamon : From Hamachi area, Suguha and then gunome midair with thick nioikuchi.
Boshi is round shape and turns back long Yakisage style.

Special feature : Chikusyu Yanagawajyu Oniduka Yoshikuni was born at Mutsu Tanakura province and moved to Chikugo province.
He was born at Genki 3rd year Muromachi period.
The blade is thick nioikuchi gunome oogunome midair like Mizuta school or Tsutsui Kijyu very active wild feeling sword.
