Wakizashi in Koshirae

Signature : Mumei (Mihara school)

The blade was polished.
Blade length : 49.2 cm or 19.37 inches.
Sori : 0.7 cm or 0.27 inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the hamachi : 2.73 cm or 1.07 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 1.94 cm or 0.76 inches.
Kasane : 0.54 cm or 0.21 inches.
Era : Middle Muromachi period.
Shape : Osuriage Mumei wakizashi.
Jitetsu : Ko-Itame Hada and Mokume Hada mix. There are Shirake-Utsuri.
Hamon : From Hamachi is Gunome Midare and then Suguha.
Boshi is round shape.

Special feature : Osuriage Mumei, nice shaoe Wakizashi.
There clear Utsuri. This blade has an old atmosphere.
The Jigane is well grained.

Koshirae :
Tsuba : Round shape iron Tsuba. Tosho Tsuba.
Fuchikashira : Shakudo, tiger with gold color.
Saya : Dark brown Sa
Menuki : Shakudo, wild boar is engraved.
Kozuka : Copper, the twelve horay signes is engraved.
