Wakizashi in Koshirae

The blade was polished.
Blade length : 56.06 cm or 22.07 inches.
Sori : 1.2 cm or 0.47 inches.
Mekugi: 1
Width at the hamachi : 2.86 cm or 1.12 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.0 cm or 0.78 inches.
Kasane :0.6 cm or 0.23 inches.
Weight of only blade: around 505 grams.
Weight of blade and Tsuka and Tsuba (without Saya): around
Era : Edp period. around Kansei era.
Shape : regular size Wakizashi with nice Nikuoki.
Jitetsu : Masame hada well grained and Ko-Itame hada mix with Jinie attach.
It looks like Muji.
Hamon : Ko-Nie deki Suguha with double Ha. In Ha, there are Ko-Ashi and Yo.

Special feature : According to Jigane, we think that blade was made around Mito perovince.
This blade is nice Koshirae. You can enjoy looking the blade and Koshriae.

Koshirae :
Tsuba : Round snap iron Tsuba, some design is engraved with gold color.
Fuchikashira : On the brass Nanako, Hiiragi-Iwashi(leaf of holly and sardine)(it is charm against evil) and
Setsubunn( one of Japanese festival in February) are engraved.
Saya : black Ishimeji Saya
Menuki : On Shakudo plate, deer is engraved with gold color.
