Sori : 1.1cm or 0.43inches.

Width at the hamachi : 2.72cm or 1.07inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 1.73cm or 0.68inches.
Kasane : 0.52cm or 0.2inches.
Era : Edo period Circa Enpo
Shape : It is mild width and thickness.
There is an elegant curve long wakizashi.
Jitetsu :Koitame had well grained with jinie attached. It is beautiful jihad.
Hamon : Konie base, suguha with deep nioiguchi and bright ha.

Special feature : Ogasawara Shosai Nyudo Nagayoshi was a retainer of Abe Ise no kami Masakatsu,
the lord of manor in Izunokuni Ichihara. He was called Ogasawara Toukurou.
Due to the financial stringency
he was dismissed from Abe Ise nokami and became a ronin.
Then he changed his carrier to sword smith starting
from Shimotani Ikenohata, Tokyo. Nagayoshi is ranked in as jyojyosaku.
This piece too is a very good condition

Tsuba :Mokko shape shakudou tsuba with dragon and clouds are engraved in open work. gold is inlayed.
Fuchikashira :Shakudou base wave pattern. Gold is inlayed.
Saya : Black roiro saya
Menuki : Kirin is engraved with gold color.
Kozuka: Shakudou base with dragon design engraved.
Kogai: Shakudou base with wave pattern engraved and inlayed with gold.
