The blade was polished.
Blade length : 44.4 cm or 17.48 inches.
Sori : 0.9 cm or 0.35 inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the hamachi : 3.07cm or 17.48 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.35 cm or 0.93 inches.
Kasane : 0.74 cm or 0.3 inches.
Era : Edo Enpo period.
Shape : The blade is wide(3,07cm) and thick with small sori powerful feature and healthy blade.
Jitetsu : Ko-itame hada well grained with jinie attach beautiful texture.
Hamon : Niedeki gunome midair and cyoji midair mix with sunagashi and small kinsuji in Hamon.
Boshi is round shape with thick nioikuchu and yakisage style.

Special feature : Tanba Kami Fujiwara Yoshihifusa was called Yoshiffusa(Japanese characters are different but same pronunciation) and changed his name.
He was working at Hukui Echizen province.
The sword looks like 2nd generation Tadatsuna especially the gunome midair hamon with a lot of Sunagashi.
The blade is very healthy without Kizu and flow.

Historical background : During Enpo era,(from 1673) Tokugawa shogun Ietsuna and then Tokugawa Tsunayoshi governed Tokugawa era.

Koshirae :
Tsuba : On the iron stub, landscape is engraved with gold color. late edo period.
Fuchikashira : Syakudo nanako plain plate. Edo period.
Saya : Black roar saya.
Menuki : A shish dog is engraved by syakudo plate.
Bashin : Kaminariyoke (charm of the avoiding striking from thunder lightning)
Ware Kogai : On the syakudo plate, a Japanese wisteria engrave with gold color.
