Signature : Hida Kami Fujiwara Ujifusa (1st generation)

Shinto:Jyosaku:Wazamono cutting test ranking:Mino province.
(We divide 4 sections for each sword as Saijyo saku, Jyojyo saku
Jyo saku and regular saki)This Hida Kami Fujiwara Ujifusa belongs to
Jyo-jyo saku ranking.
The blade was polished.
Habaki :gold foiled single habaki.
Blade length : 74.8cm or 29.44 inches.
Sori : 1.4 cm or 0.55 inches.
Mekugi :  1
Width at the hamachi :3.01cm or 1.18 inches.
Width at the kissaki :1.75cm or 0.68 inches.
Kasane : 0.65cm or 0.25 inches.
Era : Early Edo Keicyo era.
Shape The blade is rather wide and thick with bigger kissaki nice looking Keicyo style.
Jigane:The iteme hada well grained with jinie attach and zanguri had like Kunihiro.
Hamon:Niedeki gunome midair with thick nioikuchi and square shape with Ashi,
sunagashi and also Kinsuji work. Boshi is ichimai style.

Special feature : Hida Kami Ujifusa was born at Eiroku 10th as a son
of the Wakasa Kami Ujifusa who was working at Mino province .
His father Wakasa Kami Ujiffusa was worked for Oda Nobunaga for making swords.
moved to Owari province. Because Oda Nobunaga and his successor
Nobutada both killed themselves at Honno-ji.
After his father died, he received Hida Kami and succeeded his father's family.
He died at Kanei 8th age 65 years of age.
Wild feeling Hida Kami Unjifusa is well known sword maker among sword collectors.
This sword is nice Jigane and wonderful hamon.
