The blade was polished.
Habaki: Silver double foiled habaki
Blade length : 71.2cm or 28.03inches.
Sori : 2.4cm or 0.94inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the hamachi : 3.3cm or 1.3inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.24cm or 0.88inches.
Kasane : 0.7cm or 0.27inches.
Era : Modern sword
Shape : It is wide and thick katana with slight sori. Boushi is long ended. It is nice shape katana.
Jitetsu :Koitame hada well grained with jinie attached. It is plain style jigane.
Hamon : NIe base gunome mixture with ashi well attached. Boushi is in irregular line.
There are many kinsuji activities seen in the ha.

Special feature : Harumitsu is a sword smith from Wakayama prefecture. His real name is Okawa Osamu.
He has won three prizes in the past. One great sword smith to look forward to with his works.
This sword could be used either for Iai or display sword. It is well polished too.

Koshirae :
Tsuba :On iron base tsuba, landscape is engraved in cloth pattern inlay.
On the back dragon is also inlayed in cloth texture. The rim is shokudou base with rope pattern. It is Jyakushi tsuba.
Fuchikashira :Shakudou base with ajiro pattern (wickerwork) engraved. Modern fuchigashira.
Saya : Black painted saya.
Menuki : Modern
