This Echizen Shinto belongs to regular ranking.

The blade was polished.
Habaki : Copper double habaki.
Blade length : 67.2 cm or 26.45 inches.
Sori : 1.4 cm or 0.55 inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the hamachi : 2.88 or 1.13 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 1.82 cm or 0.71 inches.
Kasane : 0.80 cm or 0.31 inches.
Era : Early edo period.
Shape : The blade is suriage (cut shortened) regular size.
Jitetsu : Itame had well grained with jinie attach.
Hamon : Niedeki gunome midair with ash and sunagashi work. Boshi is round shape.

Special feature : From the texture and Hamon, the sword looks Echizen shinto.
