Katana in Shirasaya (NBTHK Tokubetsu Hozon Paper)
Signature:Oumi no kami Takagi Ju Sukenao saku

Shinto : Jyojyosaku ranking:Settsu province:Ryo wazamono.

The blade was polished.
Habaki:Gold foiled double habaki.
Blade length : 74.9 cm or 29.48 inches.
Sori : 1.2 cm or 0.47 inches.
Mekugi:1
Width at the hamachi : 2.81 cm or 1.10 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.03 cm or 0.79 inches.
Kasane : 0.61 cm or 0.24 inches.
Era : Edo period Enpo era.

Shape : The blade is rather wide and thick and longer sized nice looking shape.
Jitetsu :Koitame hada well grained with jinie attach which is called Oosaka jigane.
Hamon : Niedeki suguha from Hamachi and then gunome midare with rather thick nioikuchi and in Hamon, there are many ash scatter.
Boshi is round shaped.

Special feature : Oumi no kami Takagi Ju Sukenao was born at Oumi Takagi and then he move to Oosaka and studied under 2nd generation Tsuda Echizen Kami Sukehiro.
At Kanbun 9th, he got the title of the Oumi no Kami and soon after that he got married with sukehiro's sisters husband and succeeded Tsuda family's name. At Tenwa 2nd great his master Sukehiro died, he succeeded his Tsuda family.
This sword is gentle hamon compare regular Doranba or Gunome midare hamon.
The condition is very good and good work.
