Habaki : Gold foiled double habaki.
Blade length : 18 cm or 7.08 inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the hamachi : 1.76 cm or 0.69 inches.
Kasane : 0.48 cm or 0.18 inches.
Era : Meiji period.
Shape : On the both sides of the blade has Bo-Hi is engraved.
Jitetsu : Itame had well grained with jinie attach and chikei work.
Hamon : Nideki suguha uchinoke and sunagashi and kinsuji work.

Special feature : Shigehide's Ken is very few which looks like Yamato old ken.
Probably he used old tamahagane.
Ken was used as ceremony of temple and shrine by priest.
They play good fortune for believers.
