The blade was polished.
Habaki : Gold foiled double habaki.
Blade length : 40.2 cm or 15.82 inches.
Sori : 0.9 cm or 0.3 inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the hamachi : 2.99 cm or 1.17 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 1.94 cm or 0.76 inches.
Kasane : 0.7 cm or 0.27 inches.
Era : Edo period Manji era.
Shape : The blade is rather wide and thick healthy blade.
Jitetsu : Koitame hada well grained with jinie attach beautiful texture.
Hamon : Nioideki gunome and cyoji midair mixed with sunagashi in Ha.Boshi is noter round shape.

Special feature : Insyu Tottori Jyu Hyouemon Jyo Kanetsugu is first stage of Kanesaki and later on
He changed hiss name to Kanesaki.
He was Mino school and moved to Okayama and then Inaba province.
His school continued to late Edo period.
I think Hamabe Toshinori also influenced a lot or this school.
This sword is healthy and nice Jigane and also active nioideki hamon.

Koshirae :
Tsuba : On the round shaped iron Tsuba, moon with clouds and flying wild goose at night.
Fuchi : On the syakudo nanako plate, the design of Shimenawa which is decollated new years day.Kashira : horn.
Saya : Black roar saya.
Menuki : Lobster is engraved by copper plate with gold color.
Kozuka : Hikone:On the syakudo nanako plate, waves and samurai are engraved with gold color.
Kogatana : Unsigned.
