Wakizashi in Shirasaya(NBTHK Hozon Paper)

Signature : Mumei (Ikkansai Yoshihiro)

(We divide 4 sections for each sword as Saijyo saku, Jyojyo saku
Jyo saku and regular saku)
This Mumei (Ikkansai Yoshihiro) belongs to Jyo saku ranking.
The blade was polished.
Blade length : 53.9 cm or 21.22 inches.
Sori : 1.8 cm or 0.70 inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the hamachi : 3.83 cm or 1.50 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.86 cm or 1.12 inches.
Kasane : 0.78 cm or 0.30 inches.
Era : Late Edo period.
Shape : Wide 3.83cm and thick magnificent Wakizashi.
Boshi is long. 
Jitetsu : Ko-Itame Hada with spiral Chikei and Jinie.
Hamon : Like Hitatsura double and triple Hamon with Tobiyaki.
There is a lot of variance in Ha. Boshi is round Hakikake shape.

Special feature : Ikkansai Yoshihiro, he is also called Nakayama Kuroudo.
He made O-Itame with special Chikei. The Hamon has also a lot of variance.
This blade is unsigned(Mumei) but the Jigane and Hamon are so nice.
