Wakizashi in Koshirae(Token Kenkyu rengokai estimation paper by Mr. Tokuno)

Signature : Mumei(Kaneyoshi)  

(We divide 4 sections for each sword as Saijyo saku, Jyojyo saku
Jyo saku and regular saki)This sword belongs to Jyo saku ranking.
The blade was polished.
Habaki :Gold double foiled habaki
Blade length :  53.5cm or 21.06inches.
Sori : 1.2cm or 0.47inches.
Mekugi :  1
Width at the hamachi :2.71cm or 1.07inches.
Kasane : 0.55cm or 0.22inches.
Era : Middle Muromachi Period
Shape: It is O-Suriage Mumei katana in regular
width and thickness. It is in fine shape.
Jigane: Ko-Itame Hada well grained with Jinie attach. The blackish Jigane.
Hamon: Bright Nie deki suguha hamon. Kissaki is round turn back.

Special feature : Kaneyoshi is one of Yoshisada school swordsmith.
This school was originated in Nanabokusho period
around years of Eisho.
The jigane is black and dark jigane wdith chikei works appering and bright suguha deki work.
The refined jigane and bright suguha was made with minutest care.
The jigane is flawless. Gold letters are engraved around the saya where the kozuka is placed.

Koshirae:
Tsuba: Round shape shakudo nanakoji plate with warrior deisgn engraved and inlaid with gold.
Fuchi: Round shape shakudo nanakoji fuchi with warrior deisgn engraved and inlaid with gold. Kashira: Tsuno
Saya: Black roiro saya.
Menuki: The sleeves of Yoroi is engraved and inlaid with gold.
Kozuka: Shakudo nanakoji plate with chrysanthemum design engraved and inlaid with gold.
Kogatana: The signature is Izumi kami Kanemichi.
